Victim Protection
Anti-Scam Notice
People who have lost cryptocurrency are frequently targeted a second time by fake recovery services. This notice explains the warning signs and how to verify that you are dealing with BNG SOFTWARE LIMITED.
1. The pattern of recovery fraud
Recovery fraud targets people who have already lost money. A typical approach promises guaranteed or unusually fast recovery, then demands escalating payments described as taxes, insurance, unlocking fees, anti-money-laundering deposits or wallet verification charges. Each payment is followed by a new reason why more is needed. Victims of an initial scam are sometimes contacted by the same criminals posing as a recovery agent, a hacker, a regulator or a law firm.
2. Warning signs of a fake recovery service
- Guarantees of recovery, fixed success rates or claims of special access to exchanges or authorities.
- Any request for your seed phrase, recovery phrase, private keys or wallet passwords.
- Pressure to install remote-access software such as AnyDesk as a condition of help.
- Demands for additional cryptocurrency to unlock, insure, release or withdraw supposedly recovered funds.
- Unsolicited contact through social media, messaging apps or forums from someone who knows details of your loss.
- Claims of government approval, court approval or official recovery status that cannot be independently verified.
- Refusal to provide written terms, a registered company identity or a verifiable address.
- Urgency tactics, countdowns and pressure to decide immediately.
3. Our commitments to you
- We never ask for your seed phrase. Your recovery phrase and private keys remain under your control.
- We do not require unsolicited remote access. We will not ask you to install AnyDesk or similar software as a condition of ordinary blockchain tracing.
- We do not promise guaranteed recovery. We explain what the available evidence can and cannot establish.
- We explain the commercial terms. Scope, applicable fees and success conditions are documented in writing before engagement.
4. How to verify you are dealing with us

5. If you think you are being targeted
- Stop sending funds. No legitimate recovery process requires escalating payments to release assets.
- Preserve evidence: transaction hashes, wallet addresses, chat logs, emails, websites and payment records.
- Do not delete accounts or conversations, even if instructed to.
- Report the incident to your local law enforcement. In Hong Kong, reports can be made to the Hong Kong Police Force.
- Seek advice from a qualified legal professional in your jurisdiction before signing anything or paying further amounts.
6. Our honest position
Blockchain tracing can reconstruct transactions and identify potential destinations, but it does not guarantee recovery. Any service that promises certainty is not being honest with you. We would rather lose an engagement than win one through exaggeration.
