2. What we collect

When you contact us through the case intake form or by correspondence, we may collect:

  • Your name, email address and country or jurisdiction of residence.
  • The type of inquiry and the blockchain networks involved.
  • Public transaction references you choose to provide, such as transaction hashes and public wallet addresses.
  • Your description of the incident and any information you voluntarily include.
  • Technical data automatically transmitted by your browser, such as IP address, browser type and access timestamps, as recorded in standard server logs.

We never ask for seed phrases, recovery phrases, private keys, passwords or remote-access credentials. Do not send them to us through any channel.

Public blockchain data referenced in a case is, by its nature, publicly visible; we do not publish your identity in connection with it.

Inquiry data that does not lead to an engagement is retained for a limited period sufficient to handle the inquiry and is then deleted or anonymized. Engagement records are retained for the duration of the engagement and for a defined period afterward where required for legal, accounting or evidential purposes. Specific retention periods will be confirmed in this policy following legal review.

We apply access controls, least-privilege practices and encryption where appropriate to protect case data. Case materials are not recorded in application logs. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you may withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. Requests can be made through the contact channel published on our homepage.
