The company is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. The company is not an investment firm and does not provide investment advice or investment products.
3. No guarantee of recovery
Blockchain analysis can reconstruct transactions and identify potential destinations, but the company does not guarantee that any cryptocurrency or other assets will be recovered, frozen, traced to a named individual or returned. Recovery outcomes depend on the facts of the case and on the actions of third parties such as exchanges, custodians, legal representatives and competent authorities.

For qualifying cryptocurrency recovery investigations, the company may offer a no-win, no-fee arrangement. Under such an arrangement:

- The indicative success fee is around 12% of the qualifying recovered amount, subject to the signed agreement and case-specific conditions.
- The standard recovery monitoring period may be up to five years from report delivery, as specified in the agreement.
- Partial recoveries are treated as defined in the agreement, including how the fee is calculated on partially recovered amounts.
- An acknowledgement, freeze or hold by an exchange or authority does not by itself constitute recovered funds unless the agreement expressly says so.
- Third-party expenses are not imposed without prior disclosure and express agreement.
Other services, including security reviews and software development, are charged as specified in the applicable proposal or agreement.
6. Reports and evidentiary use
Reports document technical findings, methodology, assumptions and limitations.
