These are statements a person makes to BNG SOFTWARE LIMITED. This page is not a government filing.

Regulatory Notice Due to international regulatory requirements, BNG Software does not accept clients who are citizens or permanent residents of the United States, Germany, Italy, or France.

Residence and citizenship

The person states that they are not a citizen or permanent resident of the United States, Germany, Italy, or France. BNG Software does not accept those clients. Sending the statement does not create an engagement.

No secrets

The person states that the message will not include a seed phrase, a private key, or a password. Ordinary tracing does not need them.

Authority to instruct

The person states that the information is theirs, or that they are authorised to send it. The information must have been lawfully obtained.

If the inquiry is received, the company provides a reference number for later correspondence. That number is not a court number and it is not a police number.
