Use this form to ask for access to, or correction of, personal data BNG SOFTWARE LIMITED holds about you.
What this form can do
It asks the company to show you, or correct, personal data about you. Filing the form does not force the company to name another person.
You may use this form even if the company cannot accept you as a client. The form is not a new engagement.
What not to send
Do not send a seed phrase, a private key, or a password. This form does not ask for a passport. The company asks for a government identity document, proof of residence, or proof of bank-account ownership only when it has requested a KYC or AML check for an accepted investigation or a compensation step. The Privacy Policy states when data can be deleted. Section 19 of the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance requires a data access request to be handled within 40 days.
