Keep the records you already have. The company will not ask for a secret that can spend your funds.

What you should keep

Keep the transaction hash, the public addresses, the date, the network, and the messages or pages that relate to the transfer. Keep the original files. A copy is useful, and the original is better.

What the company will not ask for

The company will not ask for a seed phrase, a private key, a password, or remote-access software for ordinary tracing. Do not send them.

How intake material can be checked later

Intake material can be hashed with SHA-256 so a later file can be checked against what was received. That is a technical check. It is not a chain-of-custody certification. It is not a promise that a court will accept the file.
